Unfortunately, due to the nature of distribution of some of our products from multiple suppliers and manufacturers, all purchases made on are final and we can not offer any type of refund or exchange.

Non-Received / Missing Items
Items from this shop may take up to 60 days to manufacture and ship to your address. If you believe your item has gone missing or there was an issue with shipping please contact your local postal service first to try and locate your package.

Individual Packaging
As stated above, most items sold at are sold from multiple different suppliers and manufacturers, therefore will not always arrive in the same package or on the same date.
